The second stage of the Inventist Youth Academy is the Inventist Performance Academy. Exclusively for athletes accepted after Technical and Athletic evaluations conducted by Inventist Coaches and Experts, the Inventist Performance Academy outlines the path to Elite Athlete development in three stages:

It not only focuses on technical excellence but also implements an advanced program in areas crucial for professional success, including tactical training, mental development, athletic performance, injury prevention training, nutrition, and family support.
Regular assessments monitor the progress of each athlete, and a personalized training and development program is designed to prepare them for national and international tournaments.
While paving the way for progress in the professional field, the academy also strives to support all elite-level athletes in pursuing scholarship opportunities at international universities through the path of Elite Athletics.

It focuses on developing all the fundamental aspects specific to volleyball, increasing game knowledge, fostering teamwork and harmony, and elevating overall athletic abilities for selected young athletes.
As a result, it paves the way for a future career as professional volleyball players and also opens doors to scholarship opportunities at international universities through the sport of volleyball.
Inventist Dance Academy offers advanced dance education programs for young people of all ages, with professional dance studios and instructors. By gamifying dance, it encourages children to use their imagination, aiming to enhance their motor and sensory skills through music, rhythm, and emotions.
In addition to gymnastics, the Dance Academy also conducts choreographic work, providing services to high-level gymnasts.
