In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, commercial electronic messages (data, voice, and visual content sent electronically for commercial purposes using means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automated calling systems, smart voice recorder systems, email, and SMS services) may only be sent to recipients with their prior consent.

If you permit the sending of commercial electronic messages, the email address and/or mobile phone number you provide to “www.inventist.com.tr” will be automatically recorded for the purposes of communicating with you and providing you with information, advertisements, promotions, sales, and marketing related to all products and services of our company, as well as informing you about campaigns, discounts, and innovations. The commercial electronic communication permission you grant can be withdrawn at any time, and your email address will be retained and stored by our company until such permission is revoked.

The email address and/or mobile phone number you provide for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages will be shared with software and applications providing commercial electronic message sending services on behalf of our company. Additionally, in accordance with our company’s legal obligations under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices, your email address, the type of communication for which you have given permission, and the date and time of your consent will be shared with İleti Yönetim Sistemi A.Ş. Our company does not accept responsibility for the policies and processing activities applied to your personal data by İleti Yönetim Sistemi A.Ş. regarding permissions, transfers, and storage.

The commercial electronic communication permission you provide can be withdrawn at any time and without justification through the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of the commercial electronic messages sent by our company. Additionally, you can withdraw your commercial electronic communication permission by sending a written request to info@inventist.com.tr. If you withdraw your commercial electronic communication permission, your email address will be deleted by our company, provided you are not benefiting from our products and services and/or there is no other reason for retention arising from legal regulations or a service relationship. If you request the deletion of your email address along with the withdrawal of your commercial electronic communication permission, your email address will be deleted after you are notified of this action.

Regarding your data processed by our company, you can exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 by sending a written request to our company’s address above or by emailing info@inventist.com.tr.
