ŞTİ (“Inventist”), which operates the website www.inventist.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), considers protecting the privacy of visitors (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”) of the Website as one of its primary principles. With the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) provided on the Website, explanations are made about the personal data processed by us and/or through data processors as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and its secondary legislation (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”).

Inventist acts with utmost care in processing and protecting personal data in accordance with the Law and attaches great importance to your privacy. For this reason, we would like to inform you about the scope of personal data processing activities that may be carried out during your visit to the Website, as the data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, establishing, and managing the data recording system, in accordance with the Law.

If any of the conditions stipulated in the Law are not met regarding the processing activities carried out for the aforementioned purposes, your explicit consent will be obtained for the relevant processing activity.

2. PARTIES TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Your personal data obtained due to your visit to the Website may be transferred, within the framework of the purposes of processing your personal data, to our business partners, affiliates, suppliers, third parties from whom we receive services, consultants, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals under the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, and as stated in this Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Under Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of relevant individuals, you may submit your requests in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller through any of the following methods:

4.2. By sending an email to inventist@hs03.kep.tr with “Request for Information Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” in the subject line;

4.3. By sending an email to info@inventist.com.tr with “Request for Information Within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law” in the subject line.

It is essential that no fees are charged for such requests. However, if the request incurs an additional cost for Inventist, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

We remind you that additional verifications may be requested by Inventist to confirm the accuracy of your identity information. The personal information requested in this scope will only be processed and used for identity verification and fulfilling the legal obligations under the Law.

The date of receipt of your written application to our address will be considered your application date. For applications submitted through other methods, the date we receive your request will be considered your application date.

Please include any information or documents relevant to your request in your application.

5. MEASURES TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Our company, with the importance it places on the protection of personal data and ensuring data security, takes all necessary technical and administrative measures as per Article 12 of the Law to:
