At inventisthotel.com, we place the utmost importance on the security of your personal data. Your personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the personal data you share with inventist.com.tr may be processed, either wholly or partially, automatically or by non-automatic means, provided that it is part of any data recording system. In other words, any operation performed on your data, including collection, recording, storage, modification, and reorganization, is considered as “processing of personal data” under KVKK.

The personal data you share with us will be processed in compliance with KVKK and relevant secondary regulations for the following purposes:

• To fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers in accordance with contractual and technological necessities, and to improve the products and services offered;
• To provide information to public authorities such as prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and as required by legislation for matters related to public security and legal disputes;
• To offer our members a wide range of opportunities or share such opportunities with legally authorized persons or institutions;
• To analyze advertising preferences.

3. Information on Third Parties or Institutions to Which Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

For the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data shared with inventist.com.tr may be transferred to the following persons or entities:

• Our main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, direct or indirect domestic/international affiliates;
• Member companies using the inventisthotel.com infrastructure;
• Other persons and institutions related to the services provided, including but not limited to those necessary for carrying out our activities;
• Organizations from which we receive services, with which we cooperate, program partners, domestic/international organizations, and other third parties and institutions acting as Data Processors.

4. How Your Personal Data Is Collected

Your personal data may be collected in the following ways:

• Through forms on the inventist.com.tr website and mobile applications, including details such as name, surname, address, phone number, business or personal email address;
• Through login pages where users enter their usernames and passwords, IP records of transactions, cookie data collected by the browser, browsing duration and details, location data;
• By individuals who share their personal data with inventist.com.tr for purposes such as establishing a commercial relationship, applying for a job, submitting offers, or similar interactions through business cards, resumes (CVs), offers, or other means;
• Indirectly from different channels, including web pages, blogs, competitions, surveys, games, campaigns, and similar micro-websites and social media;
• Through publicly available databases, social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social networking sites.

5. Personal Data Obtained Before KVKK Came into Effect

Since inventist.com.tr did not start operations before April 7, 2016 (the effective date of KVKK), we do not have any personal data stored from before this date.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data, collected through any of the above-mentioned methods, may be transferred within Turkey or abroad to service intermediaries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Board) and located in countries deemed to provide adequate protection, in compliance with KVKK and contractual obligations.

Your personal data may be transferred to:

• Business partners with whom we cooperate or receive services for the provision and promotion of products and services;
• Authorized authorities that may determine your location in case of an emergency call;
• Regulatory and supervisory agencies, courts, enforcement offices, and other official institutions;
• Other public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request personal data;
• Legal entities that have a commercial relationship with inventist.com.tr and possess your phone number.

7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

inventisthotel.com is obliged, under Article 12 of KVKK, to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, unauthorized access, and ensure the protection of personal data through security measures such as encryption, transaction logs, access management, and physical security. In the event that personal data is obtained by unauthorized persons through illegal means, the situation will be reported immediately in accordance with legal regulations to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Board).

8. Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up to Date

Under Article 4 of KVKK, inventist.com.tr is responsible for keeping personal data accurate and up to date. To fulfill legal obligations, members must ensure that their information is correct and up to date and update it via the website or mobile application.

9. Rights of Personal Data Owners Under KVKK

As per Article 11 of KVKK, which came into effect on October 7, 2016, personal data owners have the following rights:

• To learn whether their personal data has been processed;
• To request information if their personal data has been processed;
• To learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose;
• To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom their personal data has been transferred;
• To request correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect;
• To request deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK;
• To request notification of these correction, deletion, or destruction processes to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred;
• To object to the emergence of an unfavorable outcome against them due to data being analyzed exclusively by automated systems;
• To demand compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of their personal data.

10. Contact and Application Method

A Data Controller Representative assigned by inventist.com.tr will be announced on the website as soon as the legal framework is established.

Personal data owners may direct their questions, opinions, or requests to info@inventist.com.tr.

inventist.com.tr will respond to such requests within 30 days, providing a reasoned response either in written or digital form. The basic principle is that these processes should be free of charge. However, if the procedures incur a cost, inventist.com.tr reserves the right to charge a fee, which will be determined based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of KVKK.

By sharing your personal data on our website, applications, and other channels, you confirm that you accept our Personal Data Policy and its provisions regarding processing, methods of processing, data transfer, sale, and related matters. You also acknowledge and give your explicit consent that personal data shared with inventist.com.tr, a social media application, may be used on websites, applications, and social media channels, may be used for notifications and recommendations, and may be shared with third parties for commercial purposes only if beneficial to members.
