From the early ages of starting volleyball, athletes are evaluated within appropriate age categories (e.g., 8-10, 11-13, 14-16) to ensure proper training and suitable competition experiences.
Through Scientific Skill Assessment Methods, each young athlete receives education within groups that match their skills, abilities, physical development, and training capacity.
This stage involves imparting fundamental skills to young athletes, such as passing, serving, attacking, blocking, and ball control, using appropriate technical methods. To establish a strong and accurate foundation for players to enhance their individual skills and progress to more advanced techniques, suitable drills and exercises are required.
Players are introduced to fundamental principles like offense, defense, and transition play, with a focus on correct positioning, rotation, and effective communication on the court. Match scenarios, drills, and exercises are organized to facilitate the application of these learned strategies during gameplay.
Through the Inventist Athletic Performance Center, each athlete’s development of fundamental attributes such as speed, agility, strength, and vertical jumping is tailored to their age, gender, physical abilities, and specific sport.
Basic mental strategies such as focus, concentration, positive thinking, and resilience are taught to athletes to equip them with methods for coping with challenges and stress, enabling them to perform at their best. Techniques oriented toward goals and visualization exercises aim to enhance performance and motivation.
The importance of teamwork is emphasized, fostering respect and trust among teammates, opponents, and referees. To achieve this, team-building exercises and environments are created to encourage players to develop social skills and lifelong friendships.
Players’ participation in regional tournaments and leagues is ensured to test and enhance their skills and learned tactics in a match environment. Tournament preparation involves guidance and support in areas such as match analysis, opponent assessments, and game strategies.
Each athlete is individually evaluated in terms of their development, and feedback is provided to both the coach and the athlete’s family to facilitate improvement. Periodic Family-Player-Coach Meetings are held to assess development and address relevant questions and concerns.
Guest coaches, esteemed figures in their respective sports fields and former professionals, are invited to share additional knowledge, experience, and insights related to sports careers with athletes and their families.
Team-building exercises, friendly games, and enjoyable social activities are organized to support continuous improvement and create a pleasant atmosphere.
